Evan Hole is the managing partner for the Phi Phi Property Holdings fund. Evan is an experienced project manager in industries including construction, heavy industry and biotechnology. Evan launched Phi Phi Property Holdings Ltd in 2022 as value-add investment fund focused on acquisition and operation of underperforming or poorly maintained properties.
Evan has successfully lead projects at a senior level for construction and heavy industrial development in the Alberta oil and gas sector of total value >30MM.
A lifelong Edmonton resident, Evan has played a pivotal role in the development of the Phi Phi Property investing model focused on development of pet friendly rentals for higher returns to investors.
Michael Primrose
Michael Primrose (P.Eng) is trained as a mechanical engineer and is an experienced project manager in oil and gas operations in the Alberta Oil sands as well as construction operations in heavy industrial and commercial projects.
Originally from northern Alberta, Mike’s roots are in the trades having apprenticed as a plumber, electrician and roofer for several years prior to achieving his Bachelor of Engineering from the university of Alberta. Mike has extensive knowledge of the trades critical for multifamily development and is competent manager of subcontractors during construction operations.
Mike currently acts as the operations and completions manager for Phi Phi Property Holdings projects and is responsible for ensuring subcontractor work conforms to development plans and meet code requirements/inspections.
Matthew Bushnell
Mathew Bushnell, CFP, TEP, B.Comm., is an experienced investment advisor and financial planner with a focus on wealth management and strategic financial planning.
As the Investment Strategy Specialist at Phi Phi Property Holdings Ltd., Mathew draws on over five years of industry experience, implementing and monitoring client wealth solutions that align with their financial goals.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta, Mathew’s expertise extends internationally, including roles with a German investment bank and an equity research firm.
His analytical skills and deep industry knowledge are instrumental in supporting Phi Phi Property Holdings’ long-term financial strategies and client-centered objectives.
